SPB Colony (full name: Seshasayee Paper and Boards Colony) is a residential locality in the Urban Agglomeration of Erode in Indian state of Tamil Nadu. This is a residential quarters for the employees of Seshasayee Paper and Boards Private Limited which is the second largest paper industry in South India. The colony has approx 500 houses and each house gets a alphabet followed by a number. The lower the Alphabet makes the house bigger in space...A type houses are around 12 and they are the maximum in sq ft followed by B then C and so on. Each employee when promoted or by seniority is allotted a house as part of the employment package.
